If you're experiencing problems with video lessons that keep buffering, it may be helpful adjusting the video playback quality. Video playback quality can be set to one of the following settings:
- Auto
- 1080p
- 720p
- 540p
- 504p
The default playback mode is set to Auto. However, during playback of a particular lesson or video, if you hover your cursor over the bottom right of the video, you'll see a menu pop-up and an icon labeled "HD". Place your cursor over that icon and select a lower setting to see if that helps with buffering.
