    Pretty sneaky business on your part, setting all memberships to auto renew, not giving notice, and having a "no refund" policy.

    I've subscribed for 5 weeks and still haven't been able to view one lesson. This is a ripoff!!!!!!

    We took a few lessons, lost interest and didn't sign in for months. This morning I found a charge for $240 on my credit card. I trust this charge will be cancelled - we did not receive notice that the subscription was renewing. That's a very dubious practice.

    Agreed on the automatic renewal - pretty sneaky!  No where was this mentioned before.  You'll lose more potential students than gain because I would never recommend any business that does such things.

    Automatic renewal with no notification & no refund. Sneaky. A good way to lose a lot of business. You just lost mine.
