Here are step by step instructions to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription.
1. Log into your ArtistWorks account and access the drop down menu in the upper right corner.
PLEASE NOTE: This will look different depending on the page you are accessing it from.
If logged in on ArtistWorks.com: click your username
From inside your account: click your username
From inside your course: click the highlighted icon
2. From the drop down menu choose "My Account":
3. From your account page: (you may need to scroll up) Click the blue "View" button next to "Current Memberships":
4. Click on the "cancel auto renew" link corresponding with the subscription you wish to cancel:
5. Proceed through the cancellation process by clicking "YES, I WANT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION" in red:
6. Click “Cancel Auto Renewal” on the pop up, or the x in the corner of the pop up.
7. Click the "Tell us why you are leaving" link on the new pop up for an optional survey which will appear in a new window.
PLEASE NOTE: While you do need to click the link, you do not need to complete the survey to cancel the auto renewal.
8. Close the survey window and/or RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS PAGE to complete the cancellation process.
9. Click the newly available "Cancel Automatic Renewal" button:
10. You will now see the new "Cancelled" status under your Auto Renew column.
PLEASE NOTE: The "Next charge" column does not mean your account will renew on that date - this is the date it would renewed automatically on when the subscription is Active. When the subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access until the "Next charge" date.
IF YOU PAID WITH PAYPAL, you can also cancel auto renewal through the PayPal website using these 5 steps:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Go to "My Profile".
- Click on "My Money", then "My Pre-approved Payments".
- Find ArtistWorks in the list of your vendors.
- Cancel the recurring billing profile.
