The Video Exchange process is what makes learning an instrument at ArtistWorks a unique experience. They are a critical part of the learning process that allows other students to review any feedback provided by an instructor. Per our Terms of Use and as a general policy, we do not delete Video Exchanges.
However, if you recently uploaded a video that is still in queue for instructor review and would like to replace it with an updated version, you may submit a request to our Customer Service team by clicking on the Customer Service link at the bottom of any ArtistWorks page.
Note: Please include your username, the name of the video you'd like removed, and your school. We will delete the video for you if possible.
