So if the a student follows the above instructions,  cancel the auto renew, and then when the old plan ends, re-joins - what happens to all the info on the student page and any uploads that the student has made?  All the old history is obviously very important.  Is it retained - so that when the renewal takes place the student carries on from where they left off?

We don't delete profiles when someone leaves the school.  So as long as you rejoin as a Returning Customer, then your entire old profile will be waiting for you.

Do we have to wait until a plan ends before switching? My plan ends on 11/23. I'd like to make the change ahead of time and have it take effect on 11/24 with no interruption.

Our system has been updated to allow this kind of change.  Just purchase a new subscription by following the link under "Need to Rejoin?" on your Account page.  This new subscription term will be added to your current subscription and the duration will change to match whichever subscription has the longest duration time.  So it would change to a 12 month subscription if you started out as a 3 month subscription.

I just renewed for 6 months, but my account page is confusing.

My 3 month plan expires on 11/23/14

Since I renewed for 6 months I thought it it would now show a next charge date of 5/23/15, 6 months after the 3 month plan ends.

Instead, it shows a next charge date of 2/23/15.

If I want to change to the annual lesson plan with two months remain on my 3 month trial, is there a rebate or proration of the cost from one or the other of the lesson plans?
