Don't panic! We have you covered. If you've forgotten your password, just follow the steps below:
- Go to the ArtistWorks website and click the “Log In” tab at the top of the page.
- Enter your username or email address (as you remember them) and click the red “Log In" button.
- If either your username or your password are incorrect, you’ll receive this pop-up message.
- Once you click “here” (see red arrow above), another field will appear requesting your email address.
- Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button to be emailed a one-time access link to reset your password.
- Please check your Spam or Junk email folders if you don't see the email in your Inbox immediately.
- Click on the link provided within your ArtistWorks email and you’ll be routed to a new page where you’ll be asked to choose a new password and then to re-enter your new password. Both passwords must match.
- Click the red “Enter” button.
