Once you’ve successfully uploaded your video to for your teacher’s review, you will see a notification while logged into your course that it has been submitted and is pending review.
You can also see the status from the user notification menu, which is the bell icon in the upper right corner:
When your teacher has responded to your video, you will receive an email notification from ArtistWorks that your teacher's response is ready for you.
If the notifications do not appear on your Home page within 30 seconds of your upload, this means your video submission was not successful and you should try again. You may have seen a smaller red banner, as shown below, when you attempted your video upload:
This banner does not mean that your video was successfully submitted. It only means that our system is attempting to process and submit your video to your teacher's queue for review. Please ensure that the VE STATUS: SUBMITTED notification on your Home page is present.
