Once you’ve uploaded your video to for your teacher’s review, a large red banner will appear across the top of your Home page. The red banner will appear within 30 seconds and will display the title of your recently submitted video and a note that your video is waiting for your teacher:
This red banner is your indication that your video was successfully uploaded and is now waiting in your teacher's queue for review. When your teacher has reviewed the video, the red banner will disappear.
If you did not enter a video title, the red banner and note regarding your teacher will still appear on your Dashboard page however you will not see any text where your video title should be. Don't worry. As long as the red banner is displayed, your teacher can still access and review your video.
When your teacher has responded to your video through a VE, the red banner will display again and it will include a note that your VE is ready for your review. You'll also receive an email notification from ArtistWorks when your teacher's VE is ready for you.
If the large red banner shown above does not appear on your Home page within 30 seconds of your upload, this means your video submission was not successful and you should try again. You may have seen a smaller red banner, as shown below, when you attempted your video upload:
This banner does not mean that your video was successfully submitted. It only means that our system is attempting to process and submit your video to your teacher's queue for review. Please ensure that the red banner on your Home page is present.
