You can modify your account information at any time by logging into your ArtistWorks account and clicking on your ArtistWorks username in the upper right corner of the screen. When the drop down menu opens, click on the following links in the drop down menu to make modifications:
My Accounts - Click this link to update or modify your payment information, cancel your auto renewal, review your subscription plan and Order history, or to join a new (or rejoin a previous) music school. You may need to scroll up the page a little bit to see the Current Membership section.
To update or modify your payment information, click on the blue “View” tab next to “Current Memberships”. When this page opens, you’ll see the “update” link under the Operations column. Click on that to update new credit card information.
You cannot update your PayPal payment information on our site. Head over to PayPal to make the change there.
My Preferences - Click on this link to change your username, email address, and password. You can also manage your Messaging feature, email and comment notification settings, default music school, and more through this link. You may wish to browse this section overall to see if there are other settings you’d like to modify or manage.
My Profile - Click on this link to manage your student profile. Here, you can write your bio, upload photos of yourself, include personal videos, and more. This is the profile other ArtistWorks students will see when they click on your username to learn more about you or contact you.
When you’re done making changes to any of these sections, be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page before exiting.
Note: Because ArtistWorks does not use your street address or telephone number to communicate with you, there is no way for you to update this information in your ArtistWorks account.
